About Susan Marchionna

I am from an Italian family, and food is always central to everything. My mother taught me to make pasta, and bread, and Christmas cookies all from scratch. I love the food of my past and have a passion for the really old recipes that I think are magic. My friends have asked me for years to open a restaurant. I love hosting dinners and watching the food work its magic as people share and enjoy. I love the idea of this website.
