I really love Mediterranean, Sephardic, and Middle Eastern cuisines as well as Latin, Italian and Asian food. I enjoy researching topics of interest at any given moment just to learn more about somethign being discussed. A perfect dinner party is all about really good food, nice décor, good, inclusive conversation, and especially when people appreciate the finer points of dining with others. I like to take a few P's and Qs from Emily Post and the other classic commentators on hosting and being a good guest. I would like to travel to Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Israel, Japan, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
