I enjoy understanding the soul of the food that we consume and find the dinner table to be the most stimulating part of my day. Serving others brings great responsibility and joy. My food is inspired by my upbringing within a diplomatic family that moved often and experienced prolonged bouts in numerous continents. I couldn't live without lemongrass, saffron, dates, cashews and naan.
