About Ella Freyinger

The Confluence philosophy is based on the a deep passion for all that is food and fermented. Our responsibility to our guests and clients is to not just to ignite a healthy curiosity, but to establish a more meaningful understanding of the dining pastime. We see food, wine, agriculture, and design as an interconnected system, with each aspect influencing the next. Our goal as a company is to simply give our peers and fellow creatives the platform to share their story and do what they do best: create. Our dinner events are collaborative experiences with art, music, brewer, distiller, winemaker, and designer. We want their stories to inspire each other, and, in turn inspire our guests. We want to feel good about who we are as a company, creating community, education, volunteering and utilizing our platform to give to charity.
