About Nicolle Kelly
Have been cooking since a very young age. When my Grandma's used to visit with me during holidays and summers I could not wait to get into the kitchen with them. Growing up most meals focused on Mexican and Mediterranean cuisines. Since my college years a passion for Puerto Rican, Cuban and Spanish cuisines emerged through my background, travels and studies. Having many friends and family members with gluten intolerance or needing to eat a heart-healthy diet, I have upgraded all of my recipes to gluten-free and balanced, low in sodium and saturated fats, without sacrificing the rich flavors. My food can be described as a perfect blend of island comfort food with unique old world Latin flavors.
