About Jason Price
I grew up the son of a wine maker in California and then later in New York. After spending 6 years working in kitchens and then later in fish markets through my college years I got a 'real job'. This allowed me to travel and experience foods from different cultures and to learn the art of the table. Now, I'm following my passion focused on food, farming and eating locally. I enjoy the Pacific Northwest and all of its bounty. And I'm actively learning the art of charcuterie and salumi production in the hopes of starting a commercial operation in 2015.
