My cooking pays homage to the foods cultures I encountered when living in Italy. I've hosted hundreds of culinary events -- from handmade tortellini to slow-braised ragù. I love sharing my passion for food through hands-on cooking classes. My cuisine floats between classic Italian and regional American flavors. Cooking, for me, is something to gather around. Things I couldn't live without: books, pasta (any & all), humor, olive oil, and The Golden Girls. For work, I plan trips to Italy. For fun, I'm almost always in the kitchen.
