About Jesse Kramer

My passion for food and appreciation for well-prepared meals began when I joined the food movement in NYC 6 years ago. Once I moved to Brooklyn I founded The Brooklyn Taco Company which became an award winning taco brand. My passion and enthusiasm for cooking stems from my days at Danny Meyer's famed Maialino and my training at NYC's French Culinary Institute. My food philosophy starts with an appreciation for high-quality and ethically sourced ingredients, and ends with proper techniques and methods to bring out the most flavor of each ingredient. I have my finger on the pulse with food trends, farmer's market offerings, and Whole Foods is conveniently located at my backdoor. Did I mention that we have outdoor dining space?
