About Brett and Ezra
Brett Eisen and Ezra Malmuth met in Denver, CO while completing their culinary nutrition degrees at Johnson and Wales University. They instantly connected through their passion for Israeli and Mediterranean food. They collaborated on different pop-up events and cooked together at every opportunity. After college Brett and Ezra went down separate paths. Brett worked as a chef and nutritionist for the University of Oregon mens basketball team. Ezra stayed in Denver and developed a food truck, Stick it to Me, that focused on serving an eclectic menu of organic food on a stick. After a few years they each decided to move to the Bay Area to pursue a new opportunity that embraced their love of Mediterranean cooking. Now Ezra and Brett have once again joined forces to inspire insight into modern Israeli cuisine with a California sensibility.
