When I started my career as a winemaker little did I realize it would open my eyes to an entirely different world – GREAT FOOD and what goes into its preparation! I learned early on that while you can enjoy wine by itself or food by itself, the two served together create the most lasting memories. My passion for cooking is boundless and I’ve schooled myself in cooking everything from the French Classics to a traditional Moroccan feast. I’ve drawn my inspiration from the countless chefs and winemakers I’ve visited around the world who’ve been generous enough to share their creations – and some of their secrets! I'm excited at the prospect of sharing some of my experiences with new friends through Feastly. Over a dozen wineries, two olive oil manufacturers and the infamous Larry's Produce are all within a five mile radius of my location. I would be happy to arrange a visit to one or more of these facilities upon request. In today’s marketplace, quality wines and ingredients are more available than ever before. The task is to pair them together for your ultimate enjoyment. So sit by the lake, enjoy the warmth of the wood-fired oven, listen to your favorite music – and above all, ENJOY YOUR MEAL!
