About Lena Z.

Born on a farm in Virginia my foundation of making meals is built on what is fresh and available. Since moving to the Bay Area I have been struck by the availability and consciousness our community has towards food and sustainability. I enjoy discussing both what is beautiful and healthy as well as what is controversial and disgusting about food. I also have a seriously loud Italian family and most meals I cook represent that fact.
