About Michael Kuntz
Half-Peruvian, half-Texan, I have a taste for savory, spicy foods. Time living in Spain, Germany, and Mexico added different elements, along with a handful of cajun and Italian recipes from my mother. Since moving to CA, I have experimented with veggie, vegan, and other variations on these themes. I work as a consultant for social enterprises and am involved in the Slow Food / Slow Money movement.
