Spreading the love!!! Food & Fun! I have been a certified foodie since, well, forever. My husband Mike (NYC Firefighter, voted best cook in his firehouse) and I started our catering business 2000. Our clients are family to us. In 2010, I decided to take my culinary skills to the next level and graduated The Institute of Culinary Education, with honors. I was accepted for externship at the Peninsula Hotel under the direction of Chef Thomas Piede and spent my time there learning from different chefs from all over the world. Whether it's brats and burgers on the grill, a French inspired seven course sit down with wine pairings at the table set in my beautiful garden (I grow all my own vegetables and herbs), or a tapas and sangria bash in our party room, we just love to have fun.
