About HENRY ORELLANA
A Los Angeles native, I grew up in a very urban portion of the San Fernando Valley. From my mother, who is one of the best cooks I know, I learned some of my basic techniques and my love for food. Working in several kitchens, most recently Hyde on Sunset, allowed me to learn and explore so many other ways to create and develop dishes. Under the care and instruction of Chef Crary, I was able to gain a better understanding of the culinary landscape. As Wolf & Blossom, I am looking to make a name for what I consider to be my cuisine. Creating modern and elevated dishes, with layers of flavor in the California tradition while paying homage to my latin roots.
