Hello fellow foodies. I am a Asian Fusion/ Classically French Trained Chef who resides in this beautiful city we call home. I am here to put my soul on a plate for you.I grew up in South East Asia, Singapore and Malaysia specifically but got the chance to travel over 15 countries in Asia. I love useing fresh simple ingredients that really speak for themselves. I went to the Art Institute of California for Culinary Management and later made the big move up the City to be trained by the best of the best. I have worked under some of the best chefs in the state and thing what defines my talent is the ability to do whole animal and ingredient utilization. I have recently won CutThroat Kitchen on the Food Network. I am hear to please you.
