About GianMarco Cosmi
Hi, I’m GianMarco. I was born and raised in Italy in a little town in Emilia Romagna region. I fell in love with making pasta in my grandmother’s kitchen, then graduated from ’S. Savioli Technical specializing in the Catering Industry and Alma Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana with Chef Professional Italian Cuisine diploma. After that I travelled around Italy for 10 years and while working in many Michelin-starred restaurants in order to learn about different regional Italian cuisine. Now I’m here in San Francisco Executive Chef by The Italian Homemade Company. I would like to take you to Italy with me… Buon Appetito!
