Hi Feasters! I'm a cook-aholic! I started cooking after graduating from college and being forced to fend for myself, no longer content with KFC and other fast food. Over the years I've expanded my repertoire and love exploring new ways to bring the best flavors out of food! I've hosted Luau's with Kalua pork slow cooked in the ground for over a hundred people, to numerous smaller weekly meals with friends, each time trying something new. (Ramen broth was an utter failure, but sous vide steaks, seafood and braised meats have been great successes) I'm always looking to cook something new and love trying new foods!
