About Ralph Motta
After graduating Pratt with a degree in Fine Arts, I took to the field of culinary arts. Self taught, my inspiration is derived from the culture of my native island of St. Croix, USVI. Its rich history and culture are equally responsible for the evolution of our Crucian(term used to describe people from St. Croix) cuisine. Playing with my food has become my motto every time I enter the kitchen. While paired with my passion to produce art, each dish created is equally as visually stimulating to the eye as is your palate.
