About Jason Tseng

Me and my partner, Alex, love to cook. In fact, our first date was at a cooking class at Brooklyn Kitchen. Our relationship grew over many co-cooked meals, teaching each other our secret ingredients and special recipes. Alex has been cooking since he was a child and is by far the more adventurous and virtuosic cook. From sous-vide pork belly to homemade peking duck, the more complex and challenging, the more he enjoys the process. I am more of a warm, homey kind of cook. I don't care too much about presentation, but I do care a lot about taste and the love that goes into making food for people. Alex and I are self taught, but cooking food is really at the center of our relationship. And it's something we'd like to share with other Feasters!
