About Francis Bliven
I am an avid home cook. I have been making meals consistently since I was about 10 years old. I have been getting into fermenting over the last year, and now make a range of fermented pickles and sauerkraut. I grew up in New Mexico and the food will always be the closest to my heart. I develop a lot of my own recipes and cook a fusion of a bunch of different kinds of food. I love fresh simple ingredients, and frequent the farmers markets and health-food stores.
