About trifecta cooks
Three heads are better than one! We're a group of three friends that met during our time at Morimoto in Napa. Also the opening crew at Village Sake in Marin. Most recently, we started our own catering company Trifecta Cooks based in San Jose! Lai Chao, Ryan Gallego and Jason Artajos. Our approach is Modern Japanese Cuisine with Southeast Asian flavors, focusing on superior quality and traditional techniques. Tapas style sushi and small plates.
