About Sean Carroll

I like to eat food. I like to cook food. I like people. I like to feed people. I do not like to feed people to people, but I do like to feed animals to people. I am a curious chef, and combine my passion for learning and cooking into one endeavor. I try to learn about the culture surrounding a cuisine, and by preparing those foods over and over, learn nuanced skills and reinforce others. It's a vicious, delicious cycle. I was not raised in a house of gourmands, and am not classically trained in anything but debauchery. I simply love to build community through food; so please come along with me and stay for as long as you'd like.
