About Nini Bancod

Born and raised in Penang, Malaysia, I've always been around excellent food. I've lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for about 7 years now and very much enjoy the food scene here - as well as being a part of it! I love working and experimenting in the kitchen because I truly delight in eating good food. My specialty is a range of Southeast Asian cuisine; my dishes are mostly traditional Malaysian but I also cook Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian delicacies. I revel in seeking out the necessary ingredients to complete these dishes to the standards of true authenticity. I've been cooking and hosting private events for about two years now and the response has been very positive, evidenced by the large number of repeat customers. I've also just started selling Malaysian desserts, cookies, and pastries. I look forward to sharing my food heritage and fun dinner parties with you!
