About Kevin Marshall
Cooking has always been a passion of mine since I was little and I am finally able to execute that passion. Being classically trained at the Art Institute of Washington for Culinary Arts really has fueled the fire for me to learn and experience as much as possible about cooking and the whole package that comes with it. I have had a great experience being able to work at two restaurant under a well know Chef, Robert Wiedmaier. Having been blessed with my current job working at The Ritz Carlton in the evenings and Chef de Cuisine in the mornings at American Guest House a Washington D.C. Bed and Breakfast, has expanded my knowledge and I have been able to hone in on my cooking techniques. I love to provide great food, atmosphere and conversation to friends and guests.
