About ayanjit phukan
Grew up in the North Eastern state of Assam in India. Cooking became my passion at a very young age and was fortunate enough to go to a very reputed Culinary school in western India for 4 years. As a fresh graduate I was very lucky to have honed my skills under Italian Celebrity Chef Guliano Matarese's belt. Also spent some quality time working for another great Celebrity Chef, Daniel Boulud. Currently a private chef & doing pop-ups.
