I was in the restaurant business over 20 years. Born in Hawaii I naturally gravitate to asian but have traveled and enjoy all types of cuisine. I am a butcher, grow and cook some of what we eat, make wine and generally love food. I love the creative parts of dining as well as meeting new folks. i have written my own cookbook. I would like to share my/our love of food with others in our community.
