Wow... I have been cooking since I can remember, literally learning how to cook holding onto my grandmother's apron strings. During my four years of college and then some, I received the best "free" culinary education working as a kitchen assistant for The Natural Gourmet and Peter Kumps. More recently I have catered a variety of events from my home and occasionally off-site for clients I know. I am known for starting the Soul Food Club, which focuses on the soul satisfying food that is created in every culture.
