An American and Sicilian meet and share a love for food. Combining passion, tradition, and health we give you food from our hearts. We cook for you to enjoy a dining experience. We teach you and a friend/family or a significant other how to cook a special meal. We offer pre-made breakfast, lunches, dinners, and snacks all ready for your week. We cook foods for your party, and you take all the credit! The Sicilian, Claudio – comes from a long line of pastry, bread, and pasta makers. His family has owned various shops and restaurants in Sicily and NYC. He studied food health and hospitality in school and currently works at a restaurant in Chelsea. The American, Amber – comes from a family of home cooks who taught her how to make all the American classics and she has changed up these recipes into healthy options, even vegan ad vegetarian friendly. She is a vegetarian who also eats dairy, fish, and eggs. She studied Fashion in school and currently works for Ralph Lauren Corporate, but her passion is in food. You can expect to taste bold and delicious flavors, using simple ingredients, and combining both tradition and updates on classics. If we aren’t traveling around on weekends exploring new foods, we are enjoying life in NYC visiting street fairs, restaurants, farmer’s markets, grocery stores, and of course in our kitchen creating!
