About Luis Pincay
Born and raised in Ecuador, I always had a passion for cooking. I moved to the United States when I was 13 and lived In different cities in the US. I went to culinary school at the age of 18 and worked in places like the Westin Hotel and a few restaurants and catering companies. After working in the restaurant industry for a few years, I enlisted in the U.S Coast Guard. After 5 years of service, I decided to travel around South America for a year. I've returned to SF with inspiration from my travels, culinary background, and family recipes to become a chef at an amazing company - Airbnb.
