Having lived in many countries has allowed me to experiment many different dishes that I have incorporated in my own personal repertory of dishes. I think cooking and food definitely makes community and makes friends! I like baking my bread, making my preserves but more than anything exposing people to new flavors and dishes like Japanese Curry, Paella, Dominican Sancocho, Lebanese Kibbeh and much much more.
