About Nicholas Blakey

I started cooking at a very young age and progressed through the kitchen very quickly. I love to cook and make people happy with the food I put in front of them. Leaving a lasting impression on the people I cook for is my highest priority. I started my career with a Chef who taught me everything I know about cooking. I continued that learning through my own kitchen experiences. His motto was "Sexy Food" and I have adopted that motto in all aspects of the cooking I do today. People eat with their eyes before they taste the food. I am currently a professional chef in Chicago's downtown. I would love to work for myself and build my own cliental base. My goal is to satisfy people and get them excited to come and try my creations.
