About Douglas Yee
I've been cooking and throwing dinner parties for a decade, and now I've partnered with an urban farm to use their products and to expand their reach. I've traveled widely and want to bring some of the flavors I've experienced to my home city of Chicago. Additionally I'm deep into cocktails and mixology; it's likely that meals will feature cocktail pairings. Ultimately, in food, I find the combination of many things I love: the distillation of thousands of years of culture, the ability to titillate all of one's senses, and above all, the experience of meeting friends new and old at the table.
