About Brian Langhoff
Brian is a born and raised New Orleanian, transplanted in Oakland. He's currently honing his plant-based techniques at Millennium Restaurant in Rockridge, and in the past has worked as a chef at Bay Area restaurants including Lungomare, Oliveto, the Butcher’s Son, as well as a stint as the Head Chef of Citizen Fox SF. We are stepping out of the brick-and-mortar box to bring our Campfire Creole cuisine to the Feastly community, making delicious vegan food more recognized and accessible. Amanda was born and raised in upstate New York. She has a passion for all things creative. During the day she is a barista at Blue Bottle Coffee, and by night a chef and small business owner. For us, cooking is more than putting food on the table. It's a way of telling an age-old story that changes and develops on each page, just as a recipe does with each new rendition. To share generations of emotions and experiences through the chapters of this culinary narrative is truly powerful. We're passionate about constantly learning all we can about food, culture, and our environment, and love traveling as a means to do so. Inspired by countless campfire meals from cross country motorcycle trips, this new chapter combines Brian's Louisiana Creole roots with a passion for cooking over open flame to create a unique fusion that will provide our guests with a memorable sensory experience.
