About Shirdoo Babu

South Indian heritage raised in New Jersey, studied in Pittsburgh, and currently residing in San Francisco. I went to culinary school through California Culinary Academy, and did a stint working for a two Michelin star restaurant in the alps of France. I draw inspiration from around the world, dabbling in as many cuisines as possible. I use food as an outlet to celebrate both the commonalities and uniqueness of different cultures around the globe, to celebrate the colors of diversity.
