About Justin Mauz
Chef Justin Mauz has spent the last decade working in some of the country's most notable fine dining Zagat-rated and Michelin-starred kitchens. Mauz's diverse experience spans both pastry and savory; from the popular Zahav and Vetri to the famed Georges Perrier's Le Bec Fin in Philadelphia. Mauz has also cooked at Chicago's acclaimed two Michelin-starred, L20 and Sixteen. Before arriving in California in 2016, Mauz worked as a Sous Chef at the famed three-star Joel Robouchon at the Mansion in Las Vegas. Currently Chef Mauz is the Chef De Cuisine at the two-Michelin star Coi in San Francisco. In his off-hours he prefers spending time with his dog, Reggie, who is an avid truffle-hunter.
