About Hiro Hasegawa

Born and raised in Japan, I was always fascinated with ramen culture that I even took a short leave from my university to become ramen chef. Since then, I've been experimenting to create my perfect bowl of ramen and also studied at ramen school to pursuit my idea ramen. After I train myself as ramen chef in Tokyo, I moved to San Francisco 2 years ago to flourish ramen culture here in US. So please taste our ramen and help us create ramen culture global.
