I love to create dishes that celebrate seasonal produce, with clean, bright flavors and healthy cooking techniques. Plant Craft is my pop up series that explores the beauty, bright flavors and organic goodness of plant-based cuisine! I am a professional vegan chef, having led the kitchens of Cru Restaurant, SunCafe, and Chavela in LA (all vegan and vegetarian). In 2012, I headed east to open Six Main in rural Connecticut, a farm to table vegetarian restaurant. I returned to beautiful Southern California in 2014 and currently work at by CHLOE in Silverlake!
