About Rachel Carr

I love to create dishes that celebrate seasonal produce, with clean, bright flavors and healthy cooking techniques. Plant Craft is my online teaching series that explores the beauty, bright flavors and organic goodness of plant-based cuisine! I am a professional vegan chef, having led the kitchens of Cru Restaurant, SunCafe, Chavela, the Pizza Plant, and byChloe in LA (all vegan and vegetarian). I also was the chef/owner of Six Main, a farm to table vegetarian restaurant in rural Connecticut.
