I'm the owner and primary pizzaiolo at Maiale di Volo. We are a family owned & operated mobile wood fired catering service, providing hot, fresh, local organic pizzas. We work out of a 1937 DODGE, fully customized as a mobile pizzeria, light a fire, hand stretch the dough, and create an unbelievably good time.
