The complex thoughts or simple inspirations are manifested as artistic creations on the plate for the beholder to savor with all their five senses (...and perhaps six) About the Chef: Dr. Ashie is not a professional chef but rather a scientific chef. Her credentials indicate engineering expertise but her passion dictates gastronomic creativity. Having travelled across three continents for education, work and life, Ashie's cuisine embraces international flavors all the while staying true to her Indian roots. Besides global flavors, Ashie's inspiration is drawn from haute cuisine wizards such as Ferran Adria, Heston Blumenthal, Thomas Keller to name a few. Join us on various culinary adventures ranging from walking in a candy shop to scuba diving in the Pacific.
