About Meisha Donaldson
Born and raised on the island of Jamaica, where I was mentored by my Mother in cooking and baking traditions. Eventually, I came to the U.S. and worked in restaurants and over the years pursue my career in Culinary. My specialty is Caribbean, French, Latin and European Cuisine. I'm also a certified Pastry Chef; and started a specialty dessert company called Rum Crums. Making liquor desserts, working with exotic ingredients and creating new dessert concepts is my passion. Having a balance dining experience always makes the meal special. From the start to finish, I enjoy making each course a unique experience and invite you to join me on this "Feastly" journey.
