About Hannah Benage
Hannah is a Texafornian & professional sweet tooth. Growing up in the West Texas panhandle, she was surrounded by the bold flavors of Southern, German and Tex-Mex dishes. After moving to LA; she was exposed to a wealth of new cuisines and learned how to prepare many of them under Susan Feniger & Kasja Alger at Street in Hollywood. After working for the duo for several years, she went on to refine her own style while working for other chefs in LA. A bit of an anomaly as a chef; she loves tackling desserts and brunch. Her favorite dish to make is birthday cake. For years, close friends have gotten their favorite drink turned into a cake (or donuts, brownie...). This combined with a love of breakfast food to inspire boozy brunches.
