I learned to cook from my mother, who is a chef and cooking teacher. I got into healthy cooking at a young age as I learned to make the right food choices for better health. Being a chef at heart and true food lover, I create healthy and bright dishes that will surprise your tastebuds. I use spices from around the world combined with seasonal produce. I cook everything from wild game, to vegan, raw, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free dishes.
