About Corey Pressman

Hi there. I'm Corey Pressman, Dean of Instruction and Viceroy at Fat Salt Love. Fat Salt Love is dedicated to teaching folks how to make good food for their loved ones. It's easier than you think. I teach classes at The Kitchen at Middleground Farm, the National College of Natural Medicine as well as at various stores, wineries, farms, and even in folks' homes. Fat Salt Love events and classes provide an intimate, informal, and fun hands-on introduction to various cooking essentials. At each class, our small group will enjoy dishes of our own making, some crusty bread, copious wine, and a nice salad. Apron suggested. See you soon.
