About Evan Bertolli
Hi, I'm Evan! I was born and raised in the bay area. As a child I loved exploring the forest, looking for mushrooms and huckleberries. As I became more interesting in following my passion for food, I became more aware of the amazing ingredients that grow wild all over the bay area. I try to incorporate as much wild food into my cooking as I can. I also have a passion for making things from scratch. My kitchen is full of fermenting and drying foods.
