About JOSHUA MASON
I am a Bay Area chef trained at the Culinary Institute of America in NY. Having studied under such great chefs as Thomas Keller, Mario Batali, and Daniel Boulud, I have come to believe that food is a reflection of who we are. It defines our true passions in how we live our life. My menus come straight from the seasonal bounty of Northern California. Thomas once told me, "cook who you are and you'll never go hungry." I still take that mantra with me wherever I go.
