Samantha's goal is to not only prepare great tasting cuisine inspired by the globe but to use food as medicine. Samantha received her certification in Plant-based Nutrition from the T.Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Certification from Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre in India.
