About GRAHAM HELDRETH
Graham Heldreth’s career as a chef spans more than a decade and includes posts in some of the nation’s top restaurants. His passion for the culinary arts was sparked at a young age. At 19 he enrolled in the Culinary School of the Rockies, graduating at the top of his class. Armed with his formal education, Chef Graham set off on a culinary adventure throughout the west coast and Hawaii, cooking at top-notch restaurants along the way. He eventually landed at one of Los Angeles’ best restaurants, working under world-renowned chef Thomas Keller at Bouchon of Beverly Hills. He spent the past two years as a restaurant consultant in Northern Thailand on multiple projects. After traveling the world Graham creates one-of-kind culinary experiences as a private chef. Graham has also been developing a personal food product line and curating local talent to collaborate with.
