About Coleen Kivlahan
Dave has worked in Mexican and French restaurants before he became a helicopter pilot. Coleen developed a love for mole' while learning Spanish in Mexico. She learned to make it at Iliana de la Vega's restaurant El Naranjo in Oaxaca, Mexico. Since then, she and Dave have perfected their salsa and mole recipes for family and friends. They are told that people search all over Mexico for mole' as wonderful as theirs!
