For me, Sundays are time for going to the farmers’ market, catching up with old friends, and a dinner table full of warm, filling dishes. I love creating thoughtful meals that spark a bit of conversation and requests for more seconds! I started cooking seriously several years ago, inspired by the abundance of local, organic produce in our area as well as several trips to the Mediterranean where fresh foods and simple preparations are a part of the life.
