About Michael Kopfman
After deciding to leave the business marketing industry, Expert Michael Kopfman attended the Culinary Institute of America in New York, graduating with a culinary arts degree in 2005. From there he was recruited and hired by The Hillstone Restaurant Group. His professional culinary career continued with various stints in California, Arizona, Texas, and Ohio over the next decade. Learning the ins and outs of the business led him to Nashville, Tennesse as the Executive Chef for Stateside Kitchen.
